Installing

The Chilkat C++ libraries are distributed as a .zip archive containing libraries (.lib) and headers (.h).

Important: Please read the README.html included in the download.

Linking

Link with one of the following Chilkat libs depending on the target:

• Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC SDK (ARMV4I): Chilkat_PPC_M5.lib
• Windows Mobile 5.0 SmartPhone SDK (ARMV4I): Chilkat_SPhone_M5.lib
• Pocket PC 2003 (ARMV4): Chilkat_PPC_2003.lib
• SmartPhone 2003 (ARMV4): Chilkat_SPhone_2003.lib

Important: It is likely you will need to add the additional Microsoft libraries when linking: crypt32.lib Ws2.lib

Unicode Support

The Chilkat C++ libraries support Unicode in the form of utf-8 multibyte character strings. For more information see these pages:
