This ActiveX
component converts text from any language encoding to any
other. It supports Arabic, Baltic, Central European, Chinese
Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Cyrillic, Greek, Hebrew,
Japanese, Korean, Thai, Turkish, Unicode, US-ASCII, Vietnamese,
and all Western European languages.
Examples in
Visual Basic and ASP are provided in the download.

Until a license
is purchased, this component is limited (per method call)
to a maximum of 500 bytes in memory-to-memory conversions,
or 1000 bytes in file conversions.
