The crypt2.EncryptStringENC method encrypts a string and returns the encrypted data encoded using the mode specified by crypt2.EncodingMode. The input to EncryptStringENC is a Unicode string (2 bytes/char). Prior to encrypting, the Unicode data is first converted to the charset specified by crypt2.Charset.
