Chilkat created a free service that allows you to check an email’s Spam Assassin score:

Here’s how it works. Send the email you wish to check to sat@chilkatsoft.com. Then goto http://www.chilkatsoft.com/satCheck.html , enter the FROM address of your email, and click the Submit button. The result page provides the Spam Assassin results for your email.
A Few Notes:
1) Emails are automatically deleted after two days. This may change depending on the volume of emails received.
2) It is only possible to see the last email sent for any given FROM address.
3) Chilkat generally does not look at the emails sent to sat@chilkatsoft.com unless you have questions.
